Welcome! It has been an honor to serve the citizens of El Paso for the past 41 years. My time in Austin has always been about fighting for an agenda that rewards hard work, meets our obligations to those most in need and gives every child an equal chance to succeed.

In the past 41 years we have come a long way, from strengthening our ties with our neighbors to the south to the brand new Medical School, El Paso is moving forward in ways that were never even thought possible just a few years ago. Through our hard work, we can continue to support our public schools, improve our roads, attract new businesses and better our local universities and colleges.
